About The Event
Immersed in a jungle paradise surrounded by the natural beauty of Costa Rica, the Mother’s Healing Retreat offers community, compassion and a safe supportive container for healing your heart.
This nature haven will allow you to experience the transformational healing powers of the rain forest nurturing your body, mind, and soul back to harmonious way of being with light and love filling your heart surrounded by women who will support you in a safe environment.
Asanai for Life grows and serves organic farm table food with natural fruit juices. Eat healthy vegetarian meals artistically plated that are nourishing and delightfully crafted with intentional love. We use locally sourced food from farmers and vendors within our community.
What’s Included in this 6 night/7-day Retreat is the following:
o Group transportation to and from San Jose International Airport (SJO) (book your flight to arrive no later than 1 PM)
o Private rooms and shared cabins (first come first served basis)
o Cabins equipped with ceiling fan, towels, soap, floor mats.
o 3 daily Farm to table, organic meals
o All meals include natural juices, tea from the garden, and coffee.
o Daily group activities focused on a heart-centered, holistic approach to heal grief and loss of loved ones.
o Daily yoga/Qigong, meditation practice intended to deepen your experience and maximize your integration process.
o Cacao ceremony - helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, doing healing work & inner-processing.
o Acupuncture Sound-Healing session
o Mindful journaling - notebook/pen will be provided.
o One (1) Reiki Session
o Nature River hiking
o Hiking trails on our 27-acre property - Connect and immerse yourself in nature.
o Lantern release ceremony - if weather permits
o New Moon Drum Ceremony- if weather permits it will be around the Fire.
o Last night will be at Termales del Bosque Hotel - Hot springs (transportation, and 3 meals included)
o One (1) hour Group horseback riding
o Farewell breakfast and Transportation to airport.

PAYMENTS:
• A nonrefundable deposit of $500 to secure your space. First 5 guest will secure a private room.
• $600 due by September 1, 2023
• A balance of $700 must be paid prior to arrival date.
• Pay in full by June 21,2023 and receive a $200 discount.
Package Price:
$1800 per person for 7 days/6 nights
Three (3) Private Accommodations and Two (2) private rooms/shared bathroom/space will be provided to the first five (5) guests to make a deposit securing their space.
An additional nine (9) single beds/spaces are in beautiful, shared cabins.
